Pharmacy Services
Augusta Medical Center Pharmacy Department provides medications to patients in all areas of the hospital from acute inpatients to home health patients. This includes a strict drug formulary for the benefit of the community in all tablets and capsules to sterile intravenous drugs, such as antibiotics, total parenteral nutrition and oncology medications.
The hospital pharmacy is open seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight with on-call availability 24 hours a day.
AMC Prescription Services is a community retail pharmacy located in the Medical Office Building on the first floor. The retail pharmacy provides quality drug therapy continuity to our patients and community.
