This is a brand new medical based Youth Program. This program will offer three age categories: 5 - 8 years, 9 - 13 years and 14 - 17 years (physician referral only). Participants will take part in an eight-week, high-energy program that introduces them to the benefits of exercise and nutrition while building fitness skills and self-esteem. Exercise sessions will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings with a Certified Personal Trainer. Fun, youth specific nutrition counseling sessions, with our Registered Dietitian, are also on Tuesday evenings for older groups, Thursday evenings for younger groups. Classes are small with six youth per group, so greater attention can be given to each participant. Reserve your child's spot today, registration is on a first come, first serve basis.
