The Free Weight room is open and ready to be utilized in its’ new location! We are expecting the following new pieces of equipment:

Enjoy our 7 new TV’s on the fitness floor, 6 upstairs around the track, 3 in our courtyard café’ and 2 in the free weight room. Also, we now have a total of 16 channels for you to choose from off of our entertainment boxes that are located on each piece of our cardio equipment! Channels 1 – 7 are our TV choices downstairs and 8 – 16 are a variety of XM music channels.
