General Policy
Scheduled appointments are preferred for all patients in order to provide a continuity of care with your personal physician. In the instance of an acute illness every effort will be made to provide treatment within a reasonable time by a staff physician.
In order to provide quality care to an increasing number of patients we ask that you kindly give at least a 24 hour notice if an appointment change or cancellation is needed. A charge may be added for numerous broken appointments.
We happily bill all third party insurance companies. In addition, we are participating providers with and accept assignment from the following insurance carriers: Medicare, Medicaid, Medallion, Cigna, Trigon Blue Shield, Champus and Qual-Choice. Co-payments are required at the time of service. Additional charges other than the office visit may result from lab work and other procedures.
