From Fishersville / US-250: Turn at the stop light by Exxon/Subway onto Route 250 going east toward Waynesboro. Continue for 1.8 miles and then turn left into the Wellington Shopping Center parking lot. The entrance to Skyline Internal Medicine is adjacent to the Nationwide Insurance office.
From Waynesboro: Go west on Route 250 out of Waynesboro approximately 0.5 miles. Turn right into the Wellington Shopping Center parking lot.
